Ingredients

  • A bag of finger noodles.
  • A large onion is cut into thin slices.
  • Four tomatoes, finely chopped.
  • Two boiled chicken breasts and cut into small pieces.
  • Two cups of ready-made bechamel mix.
  • A cup of shredded cheese.
  • Two cubes of chicken broth.
  • Two tablespoons of tomato paste.

 

How to prepare

  1. Fry the onions until they are browned in a frying pan.
  2. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, Maggi, and boiled chicken, and leave it on a low heat until the ingredients overlap and the tomatoes are cooked, then set them aside until they are cooked.
  3. Boil the pasta in a quantity of boiling water with a pinch of salt, then drain it from the water after that, and mix it with the bechamel mixture.
  4. Put half of the pasta with bechamel in the tray, spread it evenly, then spread the first layer on it completely.
  5. Put the rest of the pasta, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. We put it in the oven while it is hot for fifteen minutes from the bottom, and then from the top for five minutes.

Ingredients

  • A kilogram of boneless chicken breasts.
  • A kilogram of potatoes.
  • A large onion, finely chopped.
  • A tablespoon of cream.
  • Three tablespoons of oil.
  • Two tablespoons of butter.
  • Two cups of liquid milk.
  • Two cups of shredded cheese.
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
  • One and a half teaspoons of salt.

Method of preparation

  1. We put the chicken in a saucepan on the fire and add oil, onions, black pepper, salt, and saute it, then add a cup of water, and let it cook until the chicken is cooked.
  2. Cut the chicken after being cooked into very small pieces, and put it in the pot again, and put the fresh cream and a little grated cheese on it.
  3. Cut the potatoes into thin circles, add salt and black pepper to a greased oven tray.
  4. Put a layer of potatoes, pour the chicken mixture on it, then another layer of potatoes.
  5. Empty the milk, and put small pieces of butter to cook the potatoes. Add the remaining grated cheese.
