Steak with Vegetables and BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of beef fillet, cleaned and cut into thick slices.
  • A little salt and black pepper to taste.

Ingredients for BBQ Sauce:

  • One medium onion, finely chopped.
  • One clove of crushed garlic.
  • Two and a half cups of cooking cream.
  • Two tablespoons of barbecue sauce.
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil.
  • One cup of fresh mushrooms, sliced.
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper.

To serve:

  • Four carrots.
  • One whole broccoli flower.
  • Ten kernels of small corn kernels.

Steak with Vegetables and BBQ Sauce

Preparation method:

  1. Wash vegetables and boil them in salted water, then filter and leave aside until serving time.
  2. Fry garlic and onions in olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown.
  3. Add mushrooms, sprinkle a little salt, and mix well.
  4. Add BBQ sauce and stir, then add cream and black pepper.
  5. Leave it on the fire to boil for two minutes and then remove from the heat.
  6. Heat some vegetable oil in another frying pan.
  7. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the fillet meat.
  8. Fry the meat pieces over strong heat, stirring constantly, for seven to ten minutes.
  9. Put the fried meat pieces in a serving dish and pour the desired amount of BBQ sauce on it.
  10. Serve hot with boiled vegetables.
